
The beef that we sell is all home produced, reared for about two or two and a half years, slaughtered locally, matured for three weeks, prepared into various cuts and then vacuum packed to give a shelf life of 14 days. Feedback has all been very enthusiastic with tender, succulent, and tasty being widely used descriptions.

Mutton can also be supplied, this has a much fuller flavour and is ideal for a number of dishes. This is also in half and whole packs. All orders can be collected from the farm, but more usually they are delivered to your door at cost price. Orders can take approximately three weeks to be fulfilled; any orders come with a recipe book, and an invitation to visit the farm, by appointment, to see for yourselves the standards we have when we tend to the animals and the environment.
